Pfeiffer Beach is located along the Big Sur coast in California, USA. It's a rugged stretch of coast with big rocks and high cliffs, here the Santa Lucia Mountains rise abruptly from the Pacific Ocean. It stretches from about 190km / 120 mi south of San Francisco to 395km / 245 mi north of Los Angeles, although Big Sur has no specific boundaries.
