Litchfield National Park is one of the two major national parks in the top end of the Northern Territory, Kakadu National Park is the other. Litchield is smaller and less known. Although it's definitely not inferior to its bigger brother.
Florence Falls is one of many ever flowing waterfalls in the Litchfield National park. The plunge pool below the falls is a popular swimming hole. To avoid the big crowds that occupy the water during the day it's recommended to visit the falls at first light. This photograph was taken in the blue hour at dawn.
